Through our work, we have helped thousands of women rebuild their lives by gaining access to employment opportunities, whether they be returning, starting or advancing in the workplace.  Our programmes have provided the pathway, mindset shifts and nurturing support that helps women gain confidence and find new opportunities, those that enable them to be economically empowered.

Evalina Foundation

Lack of role models and poor work placement offerings are hindering the opportunities for girls from marginalized groups to power up their thinking and build relationships that will propel their future, which is why are supporting the launch of the Evalina Foundation. Providing mentoring and work placements for girls in Year 10 onwards, as we our time and funds to connect and create employability pathways.

Black Equity Organisation

 BEO is an independent, national Black civil rights organisation created to dismantle systemic racism in Britain, drive generational change and deliver better lived experiences for Black people across the country and we are working with them through Black Founders Growth Programme and wider initiatives.

Black Founder mentored by Scoutess Consultancy, as part of the BEO Equity Organisation, successfully achieved founding 2024.

Smart Works

Since we were formed in 2017, we have been supporting Smart Works, a UK charity that provides high quality interview clothes, styling advice and interview training to women in need. Through our fundraising we will continue to help them offer this service across the UK.
