Our client reached out to us as they wanted to bolster their inhouse OD team and move away form a contractor model. Having tried to recruit directly for this role for over a year we set about researching the candidate market, so that we were able to understand the challenges, identify potential talent and create a shortlist. Very quicky we were able to have engaging conversations both with UK and South Asian candidates, with interviews in pipeline 8 weeks later. A successful executive level facilitated session, offer and accepted.
